Tracey’s was the only place open that late when everyone else was closed – and they were able to make the hose we needed right then and there. Because of Tracey’s tremendous help, I had my truck back on the road plowing an hour later.”

“After the recent Hurricane Sandy, we needed a Kobelco excavator with a LaBounty grapple to help with our clean-up efforts. It was a Sunday afternoon and I knew that the Tracey Road Equipment offices in Syracuse were closed, but I was desperate to get this equipment and contacted Scott Collins, VP of Sales. I had a Low Boy trailer in the area and was hoping that the team at Tracey’s could help us out. Scott contacted Tracey’s Rental Manager, Buddy Kennedy, and explained the situation. Buddy dropped everything and left his Sunday football party and drove to Tracey to meet up with our driver. Within an hour of contacting Scott we had the excavator loaded up and on it’s way down to Staten Island. This is why I contacted Tracey Road Equipment in a time of need; they are focused on taking care of their customers 24/7 no matter what.”

“I have used Tracey Road Equipment since our company’s inception in 1998. With a new company, it was our intent to set-up with a local company that would respect our desire to grow at a structured pace, as well aid us with service and new equipment.
Over the years, they have proven that the “little guy” matters and have taken the necessary risks that a new company can produce with establishing credit while starting up. As well as the financial assistance, the education on how to run and maintain our equipment was priceless.
The support of our salesman Scott Thayer has been an intracal part of our growth. He has become a true asset to our business. We knew we could count on him when, in our second year, we had a machine down that would not start during a snow storm. At three in the morning, we were out of options. We made a call to Scott expecting his answering machine but, to our surprise, he answered. Needless to say, he was on-site within thirty minutes and, with his knowledge of our machines, we were back up and running in 15 minutes.
I have explored other companies to keep Tracey’s “honest” and have found none comparable. We will continue to grow our company with the reliable and knowledgeable staff and support of Tracey Road Equipment.”
